Critical Moments for Jordan - Update

Praise God! It took a little while, but after repositioning Jordan's chest tube, it started to flow again. This means they can drain fluids from Jordan's chest and monitor how much output he's had. Also, his arm stopped bleeding! They tried erverything yesterday; even adding stitches. It just wouldn't stop and it was so difficult for us to watch. But, it has now stopped and Jordan seems to like that. He has even stopped having what appeared to be seizures. He has plateaued this morning and we will hopefully be able to get some rest.

Thank God for a little fighter! He's hanging in there.

  1. These ups and downs are so hard for everyone--most of all Jordan, of course, but to be sure for the rest of you. We eagerly await these updates and thank you for keeping us posted. I imagine that it's hard to do, given the energy that it takes just to put one foot in front of the other, to say nothing for staying strong for your boys. Know that your family in Bala Cynwyd has you constantly in our thoughts and prayers.
